Egg in a Hole
Several Eggs
Several pieces of Bread
Butter
this is something that has a little more sophistication than cereal, yet is still as easy as set it and forget it, as well as being able to prepare, cook (if your quick and careful with your fingers of course) and eat all with your hands.

2-Ignore voice of mom in your head and decide to once again be a lazy slacker for the day
3-Put pan on stove with butter in it
