Today's processed foods are loaded with salt. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure which is not good. One thing you can do is substitute "Mrs. Dash" for salt in many cooking recipes. Mrs Dash has pepper and other spices to produce a zesty type of taste. Give it a try.

If you have been following the slacker diet alluded to on this site you should consider taking multi-vitamin daily.
